Be Part of Our 2007 Awards Banquet!

Plans are currently underway for our 72nd Annual Awards Banquet.  It is an opportunity for those in the engineering and science profession to honor outstanding peers for their accomplishments.  Historically, the program has been held during Engineers Week but we have decided to move our celebration.  This year the banquet will be held on April 30th.  Hold this date on calendar and come back to the site to check the details on where it will be and how to reserve your spot!

On the Look for 2007 Award Winners

The ESC (Engineers and Scientists of Cincinnati) was founded to advance and recognize science and engineering professions.  Throughout the years, ESC has sponsored recognition banquets, hosted public forums on science and technology issues important to the region, and participated in regional science fairs as judges and award sponsors.

The ESC Board believes that it is important to work with private and public companies, organizations, universities/colleges, and the technical societies to sponsor and annual recognition ceremony.  Since 1881, ESC has sponsored 71 recognition banquets, which have honored engineers and scientists from throughout the greater Cincinnati area.  ESC has selected April 30th as the date for the 2007 recognition ceremony.

If you are part of an organization that would like to nominate a peer for one of our awards, click on the "How to Make an Award Nomination" link at the end of this article.  This will take you to a document that describes the awards and the process.
